Free to residents with diagnosed eye problems like Glaucoma, Cataracts, Diabetic Retinopathy, Macular Degeneration and the like. This program provides FREE visual assistance tools like telephones with extra large buttons, clocks that speak the time, reading devices, magnifying glasses, and much more!
