The City of Madison will host a ‘Halloween Festival’ on Saturday, October 30th, from 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Families and children are encouraged to dress up in costumes and head to Bicentennial Park where the festival will be held.
There will be a petting zoo with over 20 animals, a juggler entertaining the crowd, a canine costume contest, vendors, candy and more! Judging for both costume contests will begin at 11:30 a.m. in front of City Hall.
Red, White, and Boo! will be replaced this year by the city Halloween Festival. In case of inclement weather, the festival will be moved to the Brown Gym.
