• Friday, April 7, from 7 p.m. to ??? Kicking off your weekend with our popular pitch-in picnic. Bring a hot dish and show off your culinary skills. Treat your mouth to spicy food delights from around the world. The spicier the better! There will be dishes from Africa, South America, and India, as well as, Texas and the American Southwest.

• Saturday, April 8, from Noon to 6 p.m. Sample and purchase salsas, sauces, dried and fresh spices, hot breads, chili powder, vinaigrettes, and pepper plants, as well as, meets. You have an opportunity to chat with the vendors and there will be cooking demonstrations throughout the day! Food Demo Schedule To Be Announced!
